Hey everyone! 

We're looking for anyone who would be willing to be listed as a potential beta for stories.  We'd like to use this post as a reference for authors who are in need of a beta. 

In addition to betas, we're looking for people who would be willing to help out our non-American writers with facts about America, Texas, specifics about Jared and/or Chris, etc.

I'm looking for a job, but i'm pretty free right now. I could beta for someone. What do I do? Check grammar, spelling, and punctuation?

Beta strengths: Grammar, Spelling, Plot, Little details, General Flow
Beta Weaknesses: I'm not the best at writing in first person with Sam or Dean, so I don't know how much help I could be there.
Length of the fics you'd beta: Any, but I must admit I love the longer ones!
Any other info: I work from home, so I have plenty of time to get it done in a timely fashion for you, or muddle through it with you, whichever you may be in need of.

I would love to beta for someone. I proofread technical reports for a living so I have experience. Also, while I'm currently in MA, I grew up in OK and TX and would be happy to help with details if anyone needs them.
