Summary: They really needed to talk.
A/N: Sorry for the delay, every time I tried to make the boys talk, they had other things on their mind;)
Also sorry for my overexcitement with magazine covers these days-
Jared sat on the bed, looking at Chris with a worried expression on his handsome face.
Chris was pacing back and forth in the room, not really knowing what to say.
“Chris”, Jared said in an unusual small voice, causing Chris to stop and look at him.
Then he sighed and came to sit on the bed next to Jared.
“What´s wrong”, Jared continued, “have I done something, are you mad at me?”.
“Oh God no”, Chris answered, leaning in to kiss Jared on the lips, “it’s nothing like that baby”.
Jared sighed into the kiss, wrapping his arms around Chris and pulling him closer, then asked; “What is it then?”
Chris took a deep breath and looked into Jared’s eyes.
“You know…when we’re playing and you sit there looking at me…..”
“Yeah…”
“You have this adoring expression on your face……and I love it so much, but……”,Chris´ voice trailed of.
“Yeah”, Jared answered feeling slightly confused, “if you love it, What´s wrong then?”
Chris got up from the bed and started pacing again, his hands running through his hair.
“I’m just afraid that one day…….one day you’ll lose that look and then you’ll….”
“What?”
“Then you’ll find out that you made a mistake in marrying me and giving up everything.”
Jared stood and in two long strides he was in front of Chris, gripping his arms and making him stop the pacing.
He ran his hands up Chris` arms and cupped his face.
“Now you just listen to me Christian,” Jared said, his tone not leaving room for any argumentation, “as for me making a mistake in marrying you, we already covered that at the actual wedding, remember??”
Chris nodded slowly and Jared went on; “As for giving up on everything, where does that come from??
Chris just looked down at the floor not knowing what to say.
“I’m not giving anything up, actually I’m getting more jobs by the day,” Jared went on, dragging Chris to the bed and opening the bedside drawer pulling out a magazine.
“Jensen send this to me, it’s the newest issue”, he said showing the magazine into Chris` hands.
Chris looked at the glossy magazine and at Jared’s smiling face at the cover.
“You never told me, that you were being interviewed to a magazine”, he said looking at Jared with a small smirk on his lips.
Now it was Jared’s turn to look nervous and running his hands through his hair.
“Well….I wanted it to be a surprise, I wanted you to be proud of me.” he answered in a voice barely above a whisper.
Chris put the magazine on the bed, and pulled Jared in for a hug.
“I’m proud of you baby, I’m so proud of you, no matter what you do.”
“You are?”.
“I’m so proud and so lucky that you want to be with me…I love you so much Jared.”
“I love you Chris, that’s why I asked you to marry in the first place, I will never regret anything as long as I’m with you” Jared said with a smile in his voice and on his face, running his hands down Chris` body.
“And I got a new wedding to plan, and I need some music.”
“Yeah”; Chris said, started working on Jared’s pants, “Who is getting married?”
“Jensen.”
“Really?” “Well about time I think.”
“Me too”, Jared gasped as Chris` hand disappeared into his pants.”Ohh my God, keep doing that….please.”
Chris laughed then started singing softly: “The way you’re loving me baby, I can die a happy man.”
Jared laughed; “ Well come on old man, and I’ll make you die.”
A second later Chris was on the bed with Jared’s tongue down his throat, and thinking to himself that talking was overrated anyway when he had Jared.
